Our story began in 2019, when our founder, Branden Wilson, set out with a passion for real estate investing and a commitment to managing properties the right way. From the beginning, he envisioned a company that would raise the standard for property management.

At Baystay Property Management, we’re more than a management firm—we’re a small, hands-on team of “mom and pop” investors who truly care about every property, every tenant, and every experience. Unlike large corporate management companies, we’re personally invested in the homes we oversee and the people who live in them.
